Our Online Web Store is open for business every day.

We will be closed on selected public holidays every year. We will notify our customers for at least one week before each public holiday.

No. There is no minimum purchase required per online order.

Yes. All products go through a 100% check by our QA & QC team before delivery.

A) Delivery charges is based on the following :

  • Destination postcode and this will determine the millage to be charged.
  • Total weight (kgs) or volume (m3) of the ordered parcel , whichever is greater.
  • Special handling service (if required)

B) Packing method ( to be delivered via courier services ) :

  • All products will be undergo QAQC check before and after packing.
  • Individual products to be fully wrapped by bubble wrap to secure and withstand tolerable impact. ( for glass product )
  • We do random ‘drop test’ on our fully wrap products.
  • Products to be boxed up neatly with a carton box and ‘Fragile’ sticker.

Important Notes :

We put extra effort and additional packing material in order to make sure the products is well protected during the transit.
Any mishandling or sabotage during delivery (By others) which resulting damage on the products, the responsibility shall not be bear by aBS.

Once payment is made, you cannot change or cancel your order.
Please check your order details carefully before you checkout and pay from the Online Store.

A) Payment :

  • All payment has to be done online via Online Bank Transfer , Credit Card , E-wallet (TNG, Duitnow QR code scan).

B) Delivery :

  • Sales Order will be processed for packing and send out for delivery within 3-4 business day.
    You may check and track your order status from our webpage or logon to www.tracking.com.my
  • It is advisable to double check and make sure all details and address filled is CORRECT and COMPLETE in order to avoid any discrepancy.Once order is confirmed, any changes on the delivery address will not be allowed to make amend by the system.Please ensure your present to receive the parcel. You may contact with the respective courier service provider for further arrangement if required.
